Inuk

Inuk is a development located 500 meters from the Playa del Carmen – Cancún highway, at Carpinteros Avenue inside the urban growth zone.

Its strategic location not only connects Inuk with two of the main apexes of mexican tourism, but also it’s only 1.2 kilometers away from the beautiful Caribbean Sea, easily accessible through clean streets and avenues.

Sustainability and land usage are 2 of the mayor impact characteristics. The program and its orientations joint with studies of environment, allowed the creation of a functional concept that is based on the superposition of elements.

In addition, the settlement is naturally integrated into its environment, which becomes a living corridor that is formed with endemic species of the region. INUK, contemplates a harmonious balance that respects the regional flora and integrates it into its design without altering it, or mixing it with species outside the area.

INUK, offers common areas as well as recreational and amusement: reception, living room and coworking lounge; and a swimming pool in a grill terrace, hydromassage zones, lounge chairs in and outside the pool area, and restrooms.

Additionally, the project is equipped with 4 elevators for easy movement between apartments. It also comes with public terraces, hammock areas, gardens with regional flora, a bird sanctuary and a holistic center that perfectly adapts to the condominium thanks to its unique design and features.

With sustainability always in mind, three water tanks will be implemented to gather rainwater to be used within the installations.
